Smoke the South: Rawz pt. 2 - smoked salmon roll review

I showed you a few of the tasty items at Rawz Bistro in the first video, but here is a specific roll they make that uses smoke in a unique way. Smoked sushi is not something you think about when choosing items on a menu, but I guarantee it is something you will not forget once you have it. I love how this series is showcasing not only amazing spots to eat, but very smart ways these restaurants are using smoke to enhance the flavor of items we are all used to eating. One thing for sure, and two things for certain...we will SMOKE THE SOUTH and always....always goleauxcal!
