When we talk about Leauxcal, it would do this area a injustice without mentioning one of the prominent figures in the area - his name is Rusty Noel. Hailing from Holly Beach, LA, he has quickly become a staple in the community - He has over 200 jambalaya wins and countless other trophies. Whether we are talking about festivals, cook-offs, meet-n-greets, or if you are just passing through and want to stop at a local store and get some great Cajun seasonings, Rusty will be in that conversation.

Rusty has multiple products that will elevate anything you plan on doing in the kitchen, hence the name "seasoning for every stuff". Rusty's original blue can is great for anything you need to add a little flavor to - I tend to use it in the place of salt in recipes. The black can has a little more spice and will amp up any dish - take note that this product is not so spicy that it is unbearable, but provides just enough heat to warm your soul. Some of his newer products include his trinity blend that will take the place of our signature onion, bell pepper, and celery base that we use for a LOT of our great dishes in Louisiana, and his incredible wing sauce that you can put on every stuff!
