Gabby is coking up a recipe for Easy Mac n Cheese with...you guessed it..No Roux!
Ingredients:
1 lb macaroni noodles
8 oz Colby Jack Cheese, shredded
8 oz Mozzarella, shredded
8 oz Sharp Cheddar, shredded
1/2 stick butter
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp onion & garlic powder
Whatcha Cookin Cajun Seasoning
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Boil noodles until al dente
In a large saucepan, melt butter
Pour in heavy cream and season with Whatcha Cookin
Cajun Seasoning, onion & garlic powder. Bring to a light simmer
Slowly add in the fresh, shredded cheese, stirring until smooth
Combine sauce with noodles and mix well
Pour into baking dish and bake uncovered for 10 minutes or until
bubbly
Roux or No Roux?
Roux always!
