Jack Miller's BBQ sauce is a legendary Louisiana product that was born north of Interstate 10. In 1941, Jack Miller opened the original American Inn Restaurant in Ville Platte, LA and by the mid 1950s, the sauce was introduced to the open markets across Louisiana. Most of the processing equipment that was used originally is still in use to this very day in the production of all their products. As shown in the video, BBQ sauce is not their only product.
