A Taste of Louisiana: Cooking, Community, and a Cause at LARC's Anything Over Rice Cookoff - Part 2

Part 2: I don't mean to judge but.....

Judging for LARC's Acadian Village's Anything Over Rice Cookoff was such an amazing experience. So many award-winning cooking teams attended and competed for the coveted people's choice award and the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophies in the seafood and non-seafood categories.

I was honored to judge alongside so many popular Louisiana social media influencers and some of our very own Leauxcal content creators. Gabby and BBQ Bran were among the judging crew. The dishes were all so flavorful and included dishes like Cajun spiced Elote (typically a mexican dish), a classic meatball stew, and crawfish bisque.

If you have never attended this event in the past, definitely make sure you attend next year and experience all the flavorful fun!
